Elin gave a workshop on emotional resilience for dance and circus artists from VGR and the Stockholm region, a theoretical and practical workshop based on ConnectArt’s working method with young people in schools. It was a relaxed and fun time where the participants with balls in their hands moved freely in the room, related to how emotions feel in the body, what messages they give us and how we can best deal with them. The session ended with a screening of the trailer for the new dance film Rise co-produced by ConnectArt and GöteborgsOperans Danskompani.
