CONNECTART'S PRIVACY POLICY
Organizations that process personal data must comply with the rules contained in the data protection regulation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Greater demands are placed on the person who collects personal data to process the personal data in a correct and legal manner and to also inform those who have their personal data registered with a an organization about what personal data exists. We at ConnectArt need to process personal data in order to conduct our activities.
The information collected is only handled by employees and board members at ConnectArt. The data is not disclosed to any other party. The data is stored on Google Drive, Visma for invoicing and for e-mail contact.
If you are wondering what information ConnectArt has about you, you can contact our data manager Elin Lutke via elin@connectart.se. You have the opportunity to find out what personal data is registered about you.
When we no longer need your information, the collected personal data is deleted. Invoice information is saved for seven years in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act.
PERMISSION TO PUBLISH PHOTOS/FILMS
Vid vissa tillfällen, som aktiviteter och träffar, fotograferas och filmas barnen och materialet används i marknadsföringssyfte via ConnectArts kanaler: hemsida, Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin och Instagram. Detta utan att barnen namnges.
ConnectArt har tillåtelse att använda allt film-och bildmaterial från Cirkus Uniks verksamhet. Ett godkännande att använda fotografier och filmer gäller hela tiden som vi har kvar bilderna i våra digitala kanaler även efter att barnen har slutat Cirkusskolan. Målsman har rätt att när som helst ändra sig och ta tillbaka samtycke och få sina uppgifter raderade.
